Over 50s art class: how the arts help the elderly

I went along to an over 50s Art Class at St. Andrew's Church in Eccles to chat to the organiser about the importance of being creative as you grow older. The class encourages like-minded people to get involved in crafting to help with creative expression, making friends and keeping your brain active.
